Product Details
Filtered HCO liquid is mixed with Sodium Hydroxide solution & then reacted with dilute Sulphuric acid to get 12Hydroxy-Stearic Acid. After filtration & drying it goes either to Flaking machine to get 12HSA Flakes or to Spray Drying Tower to get 12HSA Powder.
For the production of Bleached grade 12HSA, a bleaching agent is added.

- Multipurpose Lithium and Calcium based greases, high temp. and High load greases mfg.
- Wax blends, Polishes.
- Source for amide mfg.
- As a theology modifier for Inks.
- Adhesive coatings and plasticizer.
- Manufacture of acrylic polymers, shrink resistant treatment for wool.
- As coating liners for the interior of metal food and beverage containers.
- Aviator and internal lubricant for natural and synthetic rubbers for plasticizers, textile, cosmetics and metal working operations.
Packing
- In 20 Kgs. /25 Kgs. /50 lbs. Paper Laminated/PP/Stan-Fabric Bags
- In 500/600/650/1000/1200/1300 Kgs. Normal/Anti-Static HDPE Jumbo bags, either loose stuffed or on Pallets in 20’/40′ FCL.
